Shipping Policies

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. If this happens, we will inform you before shipping.

You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by using the Track Your Order section.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian tax regulations.

In case of 2 or multiple orders with the same address placed within 1 day, orders may be shipped together. We are not responsible for refunds of shipping fees paid across multiple orders shipped together. Please do not request store credits or refunds for extra shipping paid for items shipped in the same parcel.

Products with lithium content will be shipped via surface or road transport.

Rotorcraftory Private Limited will not be responsible for orders with:

• Shipping address listed as C/o, neighbor address, college hostel address, or PO box.
• Orders delivered to servants, maids, building security, or neighbors.
• Orders with inappropriate or incorrect address or mobile number.
• Orders placed on behalf of others or third parties.

Shipping Partners

We use Blue Dart Apex, Delhivery Express, and Delhivery Surface to ship our products depending upon the destination address. If Delhivery has no access to your destination address, EMS Speed Post may be used, and vice versa. Delhivery typically covers PAN India in most locations.

Shipping Time & Delivery Time

We make our best efforts to ship your order the next day after it is placed.

We ship on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Though we can provide an estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days anywhere in India, the actual delivery timeline is outside our control. Each shipping company has its own transit methods and intermediate locations, so delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Please plan your order with sufficient delivery time instead of placing last-minute requests.
