This page combines Rotorcraftory's Warranty, Return, and Cancellation policies in one place for easy reference.

1. Package Check on Delivery
Please verify all delivered items and quantities immediately after receiving your package. If any item is missing, email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Warranty Coverage
Due to the nature of the hobby and usage conditions, Rotorcraftory does not provide a blanket warranty/guarantee on products sold through the site. Products are supplied with manufacturer-level QC, and technical guidance is provided on a best-effort basis.

Warranty or support claims may be denied where third-party resale is involved (for example, the original buyer sells the product to another customer).
3. DOA and Manufacturing Defects
For Dead on Arrival (DOA) or apparent factory manufacturing defects, notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected].
Subject format: REFERENCE TO AWB#<NUMBER> DOA
OEM-backed support may be provided depending on the applicable manufacturer agreement. Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
4. Cubepilot RMA
For Cubepilot defects/malfunction, RMA must follow manufacturer guidelines. Only genuine dead-out-of-box units are eligible for this flow (not products used for a period and then reported).
We first attempt remote troubleshooting. If unresolved, the product may need to be sent to the manufacturer via RMA. Replacement is not immediate in this case, and manufacturer RMA timelines may take around 3 to 4 months or longer.
5. Return Policy
Standard policy: products are not returnable after delivery just because they are no longer needed or not suitable for your use.
In rare exception cases where return is approved, the customer must arrange shipping to Rotorcraftory. Returned goods must be in original packing and without damage. Final acceptance is subject to physical inspection.
If accepted, applicable deductions may include bank charges, payment gateway charges (including Razorpay), shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
Approved return value is issued as store credit coupon only (no direct bank refund), with validity of 1 week unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Wrong or Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a wrong/incorrect item, we will arrange return pickup for that item and dispatch the correct item as per your order.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders for in-stock items and pre-order items, once placed, cannot be cancelled, modified, or merged with a different order.
This applies even when order status is shown as on hold or processing.
8. Refused Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If the receiver refuses delivery and the shipment is returned to us, a return/restocking fee of 50% of the order total will apply. The remaining value is issued as customer points/store credit to the customer email account.
