Services & Availability
We provide UAV services, FPV spare parts, and repair support subject to pilot availability, weather, regulatory clearance, and operational safety. We reserve the right to reschedule missions due to unsafe conditions or restricted airspace.
Bookings & Payments
Quotes are project-specific and valid for a limited period. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or written confirmation. Any additional scope, location changes, or special permits may incur extra charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, site permissions, and a safe operating environment. Any delays caused by incomplete information or on-site restrictions may impact delivery timelines.
Deliverables & Usage
Final deliverables are shared as agreed in the proposal. Unless stated otherwise, usage rights are limited to the client’s intended project or campaign. Redistribution or resale requires written consent.
Repairs & Parts
Repairs are performed based on diagnostic assessment. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or third-party components. Spare parts availability may vary; substitutes of similar quality may be used with client approval.
Liability
Rotorcraftory Private Limited is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or force majeure events. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
